Working Principle

  The working principle of the ZDL vibrating fluidized bed is a fluidized drying process under the combined action of vibration and hot air. The material is continuously fed into the machine through the feed inlet. Under the exciting force generated by the vibration motor, the material is thrown in the horizontal direction and moves forward continuously in a jumping manner. At the same time, hot air enters the lower air chamber from the air inlet at the bottom of the equipment, is evenly distributed through the gas distribution plate, and then passes upward through the fluidized bed layer, performing sufficient heat exchange with the material particles in a fluidized state. Under the combined action of the vibration force and hot air flow, the material forms a good fluidized state. After the moisture is heated and evaporated, it is discharged from the exhaust outlet together with the hot and humid air after dust removal by the cyclone separator. The dried material is continuously discharged from the discharge outlet, achieving continuous operation throughout the entire process.

  The ZDL vibrating fluidized bed offers several outstanding performance features. In the chemical industry, it can be used for drying materials such as boric acid, borax, ammonium sulfate, compound fertilizer, white carbon black, hydroquinone, catalysts, polyvinyl chloride, light calcium carbonate, and anhydrous sodium sulfate. In the pharmaceutical industry, it is suitable for drying glucose, gulonic acid, granulated pills, capsules, and traditional Chinese medicinal materials such as Anemarrhena asphodeloides, Platycodon grandiflorus, and Atractylodes macrocephala. In the food industry, it is widely used for drying and cooling citric acid, monosodium glutamate, granulated sugar, refined salt, soybean meal, distiller's grains, trehalose, fermented broad beans, seeds, etc. In the grain and mineral industries, it can be used for processing materials such as seeds and slag.
