The equipment provides a good operating environment and basically achieves automated operation.
The purified and heated hot air enters the drying tower evenly in a spiral pattern through an air distributor. Meanwhile, the liquid material is torn into fine droplets by centrifugal force through a high-speed rotating atomizing disc, greatly increasing the specific surface area. The droplets and hot air come into co-current contact inside the tower, and the moisture evaporates rapidly within seconds to complete drying. The resulting solid particles settle at the bottom of the tower and are discharged, while the exhaust gas carrying fine powder and water vapor is discharged to the atmosphere after the powder is recovered by devices such as a cyclone separator, thus forming a continuous and efficient drying cycle.
