Wuxi Dongsheng Centrifugal Spray Granulating Dryer is a high-efficiency device that combines spray drying with granulation technology. Through high-speed centrifugal force, it instantly converts liquid materials into dry solid particles. It is suitable for electronic ceramics, structural ceramics, powder metallurgy, and other products with special particle requirements. Its particle size distribution can be freely adjusted to the optimal distribution curve, and its main technical performance and specifications have reached advanced world standards.
After being filtered and heated to the required temperature, the air enters the hot air distributor at the top of the drying tower and is evenly distributed into the tower. Meanwhile, the slurry is fed by a feed pump into the high-speed centrifugal atomizer inside the drying tower, where it is dispersed into droplets at 5,000–15,000 rpm. The droplets come into contact with the hot air, and the moisture in the droplets is rapidly evaporated. The main product is discharged from the bottom of the tower and then collected as a dried finished product through collection devices such as a cyclone separator and a bag filter. The moisture is discharged through an induced draft fan, meeting national emission standards.
Rapid drying: The contact time between the material and hot air is extremely short, usually 5–15 seconds, making it highly suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials;

Simplified process: High-moisture liquid can be directly dried into powder in one step, eliminating subsequent crushing, sieving, and other processes;
